This is a normal safety feature. Fully charge the unit, disconnect the charging cable and then double-tap the button to begin.

Use juicy citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit that measure no more than approximately 3.9 inches in diameter.
How can I get smoother juice?
Remove accumulated pulp from the filter after approximately every two oranges, or sooner if the filter begins to clog.
Why is some fruit left after the cycle?
